Our Wedding Day….by far the best day of our lives to date! There are simply no amount of words to express the immense gratitude we have for your hotel. We love your amazing team. Please share this letter with every team member who helped to make our day special…

My day started early! I could barely sleep from my excitement of getting married to my best friend. Upon my arrival to the Sienna bridal suite, I was greeted with a smile by our Banquet Captain Evon! She is an amazing woman and basically handled any request I had for the entire day. Only later did I find out she was there for my husband, every step of the way as well. What an amazing employee she is!

Our ceremony was beautiful. Our reception was incredible! The banquet staff was so efficient and accomodating to each of our guests, each one with a smile for the duration. Fast forward to the cake!! Ohhhh my….the cake!!! We believe the chef went up to heaven got the ingredients and came back down in time to bake and deliver this cake that EVERYONE ENJOYED! Thank you Chef…even though you are a Cowboys fan we still appreciate the man behind the creation…much love.

Our bartender (I apologize because I didn’t catch her name) was so friendly. We talked about cruising to Alaska . . .just a small moment, but yet, special conversations you have with genuine people means everything. The front desk, the valet personnel…even those who were not directly involved with our Wedding, touched us in some way…friendly smiles and congratulations from staff in the lobby, Bill and Edgar at Villa Christina (what kind souls) all played a part in our beautiful, unforgettable experience.

Your staff comes together like a finely crafted symphony. Every person was unique to their instrument, everyone had an important task, the intricate details, the timing, range, when it all came together, a harmonious, magical moment was created…one that WE will hold in our hearts forever.
