Mediterranean Tapas Party with Villa Christina

As we get ready for a busy social season, we know that well-fed guests are happy guests! Tonight, Chef Andreas Georgakopoulos of Villa Christina Restaurant shows you how to jazz up holiday parties with tasty tapas from all over the sun-drenched Mediterranean. These bite-sized treats or "little plates" are perfect for appetizers and parties, and most tapas dishes can be prepared in advance. Your family, friends and holiday guests will be so impressed! MENU: Eggplant "Pizzas" (Crispy Eggplant, topped with Marinara and Mozzarella); Yogurt Marinated Chicken Kebabs (Greek Skewers with Chicken, Tomatoes, Onions and Pepperoncini); Baked Feta Cheese (Melted Feta topped with Tomatoes and Onions); Spetzofai (Greek Hot Sausage Stew with Peppers); and Falafel Bites (Chick Pea Fritters on Pita with Yogurt Sauce). $39
