With four private dining rooms, a Grand Ballroom, Restaurant, Bar, Wine Room, Exhibition Kitchen, and an oasis of beautiful gardens and waterfalls, the possibilities for your event are endless! We can accommodate parties of 2 to 300 or more guests. Dates and Times

  • Villa Christina welcomes events 7 days a week: morning or evening, offering the options of all types of social and corporate special events: Retirement Parties, Business Luncheons, All Day Work Meetings (with a variety of breakout areas), Early Breakfast Meetings, Birthday Parties, Fashion Shows, Baby Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridesmaid Luncheons, Cocktail Parties, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, & more!

Food and Beverage Minimums

  • For social groups of 100 or more, Villa Christina does not charge a facility fee, instead, we require a food & beverage minimum.  That is, we ask that you spend a certain minimum on your food and beverage.  (See your Sales Manager to have a food & beverage minimum set for your group.)
  • Villa Christina’s Food and Beverage Minimums do not include any miscellaneous charges, 21% gratuity, 7% sales tax.
  • Food and Beverage Minimum Includes: your selected food, beverage (can vary), use of Villa dishes, china, glassware, linens, centerpieces, votives, all tables, private dining chairs, set-up, break-down, clean-up, Wait-staff, Banquet Event Manager and Complimentary Valet Parking.

Miscellaneous Charges:(all charges are non-negotiable)

Villa Christina offers a selection of miscellaneous items, to add to your event, some of which you can select, others are non-negotiable, and are marked accordingly.

  • Pavilion Rental - $300.00+
  • Entire Terrace, Gardens and Pavilion Rental - $500.00+
  • White Garden Chair Rental - $3.00+ per chair (includes set-up & break-down)
  • Dance Floor - $300.00
  • Culinary Attendants or Bartenders – $75.00 + each for length of reception. (1) Attendant per carving or sauté selection.  (1) Bartender per 75 guests.
  • Cake Cutting Fee - $1.50+ per guest.
  • White Baby Grand Piano Rental - $125.00+ (tuning and maintenance fee, does not include pianist).
  • Fire Pit - $75.00+
  • Staging - $150.00+ per riser (up to 6 risers)

Audio – Visual Charges:  (you can provide your a.v., or get it through Villa.)

  • Podium Only - $50.00+                    
  • Podium & Microphone - $125.00+
  • Overhead Projector - $40.00+
  • L.C.D. Projector - $330.00+
  • Tri-pod 6ft Screen - $50.00+         
  • Ballroom Screen - $75.00+
  • Easels - $10.00+                            
  • T.V. – V.C.R. Combo - $168.00
  • Wireless or Lavaliere Microphones - $145.00+
  • Flipchart with Markers, Post Its - $40.00+

Prices are subject to change, and may incur a non-negotiable delivery charge of $55.00.         

Gratuity and Taxes

Prices do not include 21% gratuity, 7% tax and 3% hard liquor tax or miscellaneous charges.

Contractual Agreement

  • Villa Christina does NOT hold tentative dates. All event dates are first come, first serve, and are secured only by a signed agreement with deposit, if required.
  • A final guarantee of expected guests is required 3 days prior to event date.
